Andrew is a Vice President in the Cayman Islands office. He joined the firm after being the Head of Governance Services at a large offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands. Previously he was the Regional Head of Fiduciary Services for a top tier global service provider in the Middle East. He also served as Vice President for fiduciary in the service provider's Cayman Islands office, progressing through senior roles across various jurisdictions. He has previously worked as a business broker and valuation specialist for Sunbelt business brokers in Australia, for Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (Cayman) Limited in the Cayman Islands as well as KPMG and HBOS in the United Kingdom.

Andrew has extensive experience across a wide range of international financial products. His experience covers securitizations, CLO’s, trusts, hedge funds, asset finance and private equity funds and he has sat on the board of numerous regulated and unregulated vehicles across various jurisdictions.

Andrew has over 15 years of industry experience and has held various management positions for a number of large financial institutions in Dubai, London and in Sydney.

Known by clients, stakeholders and colleagues alike for his commercial, technically astute and hands-on approach, Andrew has a track record of building and servicing relationships globally.

Andrew has successfully led teams of, accountants, company secretaries and administrators across multiple jurisdictions, creating value for stakeholders while using best practices in order to grow businesses.

Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
