Sarah is a member of the corporate team at Estera Trust (Cayman) Limited. She provides directorship and related fiduciary services to a wide range of corporate entities and special purpose vehicles involved in structured finance transactions including CLOs, note programmes, repacks, securitisations and bespoke structures.

Sarah has ten years’ of experience working in the financial services industry, having previously worked in the funds department of Maples and Calder in Cayman and the Governance and Compliance department of PWC in Dublin. While at PWC, she was also awarded a year secondment working at the Chairman’s office of Ireland’s largest public limited company, with listings on three exchanges.

Sarah is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association. She has both a Degree in Politics and a Masters in European Studies from University College Dublin, in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster.
