Rebeka is the Senior HR Officer for Jersey and Guernsey.

Her role requires supporting the business and working with the local HR Managers to ensure the delivery of commercially focused HR solutions that are aligned to the strategic plan.

She has 5 years’ generalist HR experience across both Jersey and Guernsey. Rebeka is responsible for delivering all administrative elements of the HR function and supporting payroll and benefits; talent attraction and retention, and complete employee life cycle management including employee relations. She also plays a key supportive role in global HR projects.

In 2013, Rebeka graduated with a BA (Hons) in Financial Services and since then has completed her CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 in Human Resource Management.
