Michele is the HR Manager of Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited. Her role requires partnering with the business to ensure the delivery of commercially focused HR solutions that are aligned to the strategic plan.

She has 7 years’ international HR experience with an HR generalist background. She is responsible for delivering HR operational services including payroll and benefits; managing reward; talent attraction and retention, and complete employee life cycle management with responsibility to lead and participate in global HR projects. Michele is committed to fostering an organisational culture that is aligned to the group’s values and mission of collaboration, professionalism and approachability.

In 2000, Michele graduated with a BSc (hons) in Sociology and since then has completed her CIPD professional qualifications up to Level 7. From 2013 to 2015, Michele headed up the Communications Sub Committee for the CIPD Jersey Branch.
