Two of the Estera UK Company Secretarial Team, Josh Finlay and Holly Tierney, have won awards for their performance in their MSc in Management and Corporate Governance, a programme which is accredited by ICSA.
Josh Finlay, who has worked at Estera since January 2019, was awarded the Newton Compton Memorial Cup as the top student in company law and company secretarial studies, as well as the First Trust Shield for the best dissertation.
Holly Tierney, who has worked for Estera since May 2019 received the Deloitte award for the top average mark across all modules in the programme.

Estera continues to promote the growth and development of Company Secretaries in Northern Ireland through our ongoing support of the programme and work with Ulster University.”

Josh and Holly have both completed their MSC in Management and Corporate Governance at Ulster University and will both graduate with Distinction in December.
The ICSA Northern Ireland branch promotes the highest standards amongst Chartered Secretaries and represents and supports the profession. Estera are proud sponsors of the ICSA Northern Ireland Branch Annual Dinner at which many of the Estera UK team have won prizes over the years. This year the Estera prizes were presented to Hugh Drain (top student in Management) and Helen Lafferty (top student in Strategy).
The awards were announced at the annual ICSA Northern Ireland Dinner which was held on Friday 1st November.
