Amanda Smith, client manager at Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited has been named ‘Administrator of the Year’ at the ICSA Jersey Awards 2016.
The recently rebranded fiduciary business was also shortlisted in the ‘One to Watch’ and ‘Administration Team of the Year’ categories.
The awards aimed at recognising and promoting the work and profession of Chartered Secretaries in Jersey, were presented at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) Jersey annual dinner held at the Hotel de France on Friday 30 September.

Amanda has been with Estera since April 2010. She is responsible for a number of large and complex employee incentive arrangements. Her clients range from listed multinational companies, FTSE 100 companies and AIM listed companies to large private businesses. In her six years with Estera, Amanda has progressed from assistant administrator to accomplished client manager and has achieved her ICSA Diploma qualification.
ICSA is the chartered membership and qualifying body for people working in governance, risk and compliance, including company secretaries. The organisation develops the skills, knowledge and experience of governance professionals through qualifications, training, high-quality guidance and technical know-how.
