Estera celebrates three employees who successfully completed their Corporate Procedures courses. Congratulations to Allison Monk, Corporate Applications Administrator, for completing Corporate Procedures part I and II and Michele Kempe and Myrtia Eberly, Trainee Corporate Administrators for completing Corporate Procedures Part I. They will continue on to Part II later this year.
The Corporate Procedures qualification is internationally recognised and covers the areas of governance, corporate finance, corporate law, corporate secretarial practice and strategy. The knowledge and experience obtained through these courses provides the opportunity to gain skills that are invaluable to an organisation.

Estera demonstrates its commitment to continuing education and industry certifications by encouraging employees to pursue certifications to further their career within the Corporate Service Provider field.
Estera has supported Hipgnosis Songs Fund with its first fundraise – significantly exceeding its target in the process.
In a first of its kind, Estera has successfully advised Bluefield Solar Income Fund on their application for accreditation as a Guernsey Green Fund. Bluefield Solar is the first London-listed investment fund to successfully achieve Guernsey Green Fund status. Estera is one of Guernsey’s leading fund administrators, and has an experienced and sizeable team overseeing a full service provision to a wide variety of funds.
Estera has appointed Andre de la Mare and Sharon Rogers as Associate Directors in its Guernsey office.
