Estera has appointed Melanie McEnery as Operations Director, Jersey.
Mel joined Estera in July 2006 as Operations Manager. She subsequently became a Client Director and was appointed to the board in April 2017.
Mel has over 20 years’ industry experience and has played a fundamental role in managing the operational aspects of the Jersey business along with global operational projects. She also provides director services to client structures across Estera’s various services lines within the Jersey office.
As Operations Director, Mel will assume overall responsibility for operational excellence in all aspects of the business; providing a strong infrastructure to support its fee-earning teams.

Estera has supported Hipgnosis Songs Fund with its first fundraise – significantly exceeding its target in the process.
In a first of its kind, Estera has successfully advised Bluefield Solar Income Fund on their application for accreditation as a Guernsey Green Fund. Bluefield Solar is the first London-listed investment fund to successfully achieve Guernsey Green Fund status. Estera is one of Guernsey’s leading fund administrators, and has an experienced and sizeable team overseeing a full service provision to a wide variety of funds.
Estera has appointed Andre de la Mare and Sharon Rogers as Associate Directors in its Guernsey office.
