Michele Gallagher is the HR Manager of Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited. The role requires partnering with the business to ensure that the HR provision delivers solutions to meet the business’ goals.

Michele has 7 years’ multi-jurisdictional HR experience. She has an HR generalist background and is responsible for delivering HR operational services including payroll and benefits; managing reward; talent attraction and retention and complete employee life cycle management. Michele is committed to fostering an organisational culture that is aligned to the group’s values and mission of collaboration, professionalism and approachability.

In 2000, Michele graduated with a BSc (hons) in Sociology and since then has completed her CIPD professional qualifications up to Level 7. Until recently, Michele also headed up the Communications Sub Committee for the CIPD Jersey Branch.
