Craig Cameron is a Group Manager within the employee share trusts team at Estera (formerly Appleby) in Jersey and joined the company in July 2005. He has over 16 years’ industry experience.
Craig specialises in the implementation and administration of complex corporate employee incentives arrangements, overseeing the administration of a number of intricate and well matured employee share trusts.
Born, raised and educated in Jersey, Craig is a key member of the team where his data management, practical knowledge and client relationship skills are highly valued.
Craig looks after a number of multi-jurisdictional employee share trusts for various FTSE 100 organisations and has particular involvement in data management matters, these being essential elements of the day to day administration of extremely active trusts.
Craig’s role includes dealing with the execution of share purchases and sales (often on a large scale), settlement, reconciliations, dealing with participant queries and communications, providing reports for stock exchange announcements and tax reporting purposes.
Craig is a Certified Accounting Technician.
